Yogurt Snack

Admittedly, this is a really weird snack (or dessert, or breakfast). It derived from having the 3am munchies and having next to nothing in the fridge. Regardless, it’s yummy and a great way to make you think your indulging in something that isn’t that great for you, when really, it’s totally fine! I don’t even have a name for this concoction yet, so, we’ll just dive right on in.

One Serving

Ingredients:

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese (better yet, get the whipped cream cheese and you won’t have to soften it.)

2 Tsp of jam (use whatever you have, I used blackberry)

2 Tsp of honey

1 Tbsp of chopped pistachios + extra for garnish

Directions:

Mix all your ingredients in a small bowl and then top with the extra pistachios. So easy!
